Fix HP StoreVirtual VSA after cloning (Storage)

Hi everybody,
HP StoreVirtual VSA is a beast at cloning, because it detects Network and Storage as new devices. On the network side static MAC addresses do a good job but offline RAID because of lost disks is ugly. Glad that we have our fellow Veeam VMCT Trainer Eric Rossmanith, he found the following way to fix it:

Go to your Cluster-Storage Systems-YourNode-Storage
Click the RAID Setup Tasks Button and select “Reconfigure Tiers…”

Change Tier Level from 0 to 1 or vice versa. This will detect the disks again and bring them back online in the raid you had created before cloning.

Eric, again thanks for this great solution that is very helpful in Lab situations.

Regards… Andy
